Gary has 30 years executive management experience managing global operations teams and is a certified COVID-19 safety officer completing course requirements for the Film and Entertainment Industry. Gary leads day to day operations and assists with staffing and training.

Director of Nursing

Samantha Fischer LPN is responsible for training our nursing and EMS staff on the latest technology of Covid Testing and Operations of our Mobile Labs. Samantha joins Fishtech from Stony Brook Medicine where she managed the radiology department. Samantha is also a Certified Covid Supervisor for the Film and Entertainment industry and manages our staff of Covid Safety Officers.

Elise has been part of the EMS community for 20 years and is a New York State Paramedic since 2013. Elise has 10 years of experience working productions as a Set Medic and Staffing Supervisor including for: Nickelodeon, The Tonight Show, Pyramid, Match Game, Disney Live, Forged in Fire, Lip Sync Battle, The Wendy Show and other shows.

Erin Conlin, Scheduling Supervisor Erin Conlin B.S. is responsible for staffing our productions and special events. Erin is also a nursing student and Certified Covid Safety Officer for the Film and Entertainment Industry. Erin is also instrumental in our concierge testing services.
